ISP Event Center Rentals

ISP Event Center (“ISP”) in Randolph, NJ is New Jersey’s most state of the art indoor turf facility. ISP was established in 2001 with complete renovations in 2024. The facility has created an outdoor environment on two 32,000 sqft indoor fields. Play or train for football, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, softball or any other activity that occurs outside. During the summer or days off from school–come to ISP for an array of creative programs! Or, let us host a unique sports party or event of your choosing. Play at ISP in New Jersey’s most competitive leagues & tournaments on safest and most durable turf made of 100% recycled materials.

Field Rentals

Two BRAND NEW 32,000 sqft turf fields
Fully heated and air-conditioned non-bubble structure
Viewing areas from the side of the field and upstairs
Fields can be rented for sporting events and non-sporting events such as bar mitzvah/bat mitzvah, birthday parties and other special occasions
Half and full field rentals available Room Rentals-
6 available rooms can be rented for meetings, corporate events and birthday parties
Whiteboards and projectors available upon request

ISP Event Center can be rented for sport and non-sporting events. We can cater to your event needs. ISP has hosted bah/bat mitzvahs, Sweet 16’s, Project Graduations, kids and adult birthday parties, and many other special events. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Waivers will need to be completed upon arrival at ISP for all people participating in on-field sports and activities. Waivers must be completed by adults 18 years of age or older.

Weather Policy

It is a fact of life that bad weather often does not hit the region in a uniform way, with snow/ice in some places and much less in others. Since ISP’s customers come from many different locations, it is possible that Team A has bad weather and Team B who they are playing has no real weather issues.

Absent an issue that definitively impacts all (which is the case if the weather proximate to ISP creates significant safety concerns once everyone gets close to the facility) the decision as to whether the weather impacts attending a program is often a choice for the participants, not ISP. In short, the weather for some is often not the weather for all.

Closing ISP when the weather circumstances vary widely would preclude teams with little to no weather impacts from playing their games or utilizing ISP, thereby causing upset for those participants. Since games and rental space cannot readily be made-up since the facility is fully committed throughout the winter, ISP certainly does not want to deprive athletes of the opportunity to enjoy their time at the facility.

While there are instances when weather throughout the region clearly dictates closing the facility, given the above for the most part ISP remains open and leaves it to participants to determine if they can/will attend.

ISP simply asks that if your group is unable to play that we are contacted by a team organizer as early as possible so that we can be courteous to your opponent and provide timely notice of the status involving your game or rental space. By providing timely notice you will be extending the same courtesy that you would hope to receive in the event that your team plans to attend but the team you are playing is canceling.

ISP aims to please, but making everyone happy is often an impossibility. Closing upsets people who want to travel and play, while staying open seems to upset others. It is understandable that each person views the situation from their own point of view.

The purpose of this email is to explain the bigger picture that ISP has to balance. We hope you enjoy your time at ISP and value your loyalty and participation.

Parking

In addition to ISP’s main parking lot, ISP customers may also utilize parking on our neighbor’s property at 10 West Hanover Avenue, AS LONG AS THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS ARE FOLLOWED:

Monday – Friday from 5 to 8 PM parking is ONLY PERMITTED in the REAR lot behind 10 West Hanover Ave.
Saturday’s from 7 AM to 2 PM parking is ONLY PERMITTED in the REAR lot behind 10 West Hanover Ave.
PARKING IN THE FRONT LOT of 10 West Hanover Ave. is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED during the above noted hours and subjects your vehicle to being towed at your expense. Do NOT park along the narrow driveway at any time.
